  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Our Response to Copyright Complaints

Upon receiving a copyright infringement notice that meets the required criteria, our team will:

  • Conduct an immediate review of the complaint and the allegedly infringing material.

  • Remove or disable access to the material that is alleged to be infringing.

  • Take reasonable steps to notify the content provider, member, or user that we have removed or disabled access to the material.

  • Counter notices, as allowed under the DMCA, will be processed according to the act's stipulations, protecting the rights of all parties involved.
